Great Decision - February 14, 2018

Hey Everyone,

It's been a good. This week was a little harder but so it goes. Me and my companion have been trying to have more fun. I went on exchanges with a kid who is exactly like Brodey. It was so fun. My companion drives this transfer. We went to a zone activity and played sports so that was good. It's been good. There's a few fun families but ,mostly it's too small to have super solid members. But they are all really sweet.

The branch is cool. About 30 members attend every sacrament meeting. All The members are awesome. They are super strong and nice. We cover one town the size of St Anthony, and small ones about the size of Ashton.
It's been a great decision to go on a mission.
I'm done right now. Talk to you next week

  1. Hey, Elder Davis, You don't know me, but your Mom and her family lived for several years in our ward in Albuquerque.(You have an amazing Mom, by the way!) Just wanted to wish you success and joy on your mission. My husband and I are serving a 23 month mission in Johannesburg, South Africa. We are happy to be here doing the Lord's work. But I want to tell you, it is a major adjustment to leave everything you know (and everybody you know!) So if you feel a little less than comfortable, you are normal! We have been here about 3 months and are starting to feel a bit less displaced. We are getting to know more members in our tiny branch and making more real friends with other senior missionaries. Just want you to know that our prayers are with you and the Lord will bless you with joy because you had (and have) the faith to jump in and serve him! With Love, Sister Barbara Williamson.
