This week was good. We had transfers on Wednesday We traveled to Columbus and our new area on the Ohio State campus. Thursday, Thanksgiving, we ate with President Stratford and his family at the mission home. We hung out at the Ohio State institute after that. It was a good day. Friday we did not have any students on campus. They were all gone for Thanksgiving break. We just walked around finding people and taking pictures. We said "hi" to about 300 student and were acknowledged by maybe 10 of them. So, we bought OSU beanies to fit in a little better.
Saturday was the Ohio/ Michigan game. There were a lot of drunk people around campus. It was an interesting day.
Sunday we went to church. They have a good ward here. We did three member lessons this week just to get to know the people in the ward. We have FHE tonight. It is a panda express theme.
Our apartment is small but safe. The highlight of the week was finding one Air pod :) and getting beanies. The campus is the biggest campus in the US. It is cool to walk around.
My motto for the next couple of weeks is that "I'm just here for a good time, not a long time." I am working hard, but the end is definitely in sight.
